Children 12 years and older may receive the COVID-19 vaccine and children of all ages have the opportunity to receive back to school immmmunizations. A parent or legal guardian must be present.

Pre-registraiton is required for:

  • Sports Physicals (Ages 11+)
  • Childhood Immunizaitons
